What are the foods we eat everyday that gradually breaks down the body

There seems to be some conflicting reports about the safety of some everyday foods that we consume innocently. Processed meat like sausage, canned processed foods and a whole list of others have been linked with cancer , and some other deadly diseases, but there are still few reports confirming such. What food do you know of that causes cancer?

I do not have the exact number of food items that is said to cause cancer but l know that sweets do have a chanve to trigger cancer on some persons instead of developing diabetes they can feed cancer cells to multiply faster.

I don't know what is exactly causes cancer but eating process food, too much stress, sleeping late might contribute to weaken our immune system that may lead to cancer or any diseases.

For what I know the common food that can harm our body are: processed sugars and refined carbohydrates, that can spike blood sugar levels. Add to that palm oil and artificial sweeteners that may cause chronic inflammation.
