Ride Was a No Show

My daughter had an appointment on Saturday at 2:45p. for a cat scan. I had set it up and thought it weird for a Saturday. Had never set one up for a weekend transport before. So when the time approached, I got antsy, so I called the non-er where we set up transports and asked the rep for information about the ride coming up. She looked it up and said it would be A+ Transport, and the pickup was down for 2:20p. Also, that another person had called asking about their ride and she had given them their number and said they hadn't gotten an answer. She gave me the number, I called it. No answer but I left a message. Never got a return call. No picked up my daughter. I called non-er back and let them know the transport company had been a no show and they noted it in her file. I really hate being dependent on others for transportation. I certainly won't do a Saturday transport or appointment again.
