Saw the Cancer doctor, and met my cancer advocate. She is there to get answers for me should I have any, and lets me know information from the Surgeon and the Oncologist. Pretty neat idea. Anyway...The tumor is small 3cm. but not sure which stage it is. Lung cancer is different that breast cancer. He really did not want to tell me by Guessing the stage. But he DID say it was a One or Two but could be getting close to a 3. But really need to get something going very soon, as it WILL grow. It contains a high number of Glucose. That is interesting to me as I have read that the way to slow the growth is to give up sugar, sweets, and carbs. So I am trying to slow down with my Dark Choc Chips and Lemon Cake slices. I see the Surgeon next week, so hoping I will get a date for surgery like real soon, so I can be out of the hospital and healing before the 4th. Or maybe wait until after the 4th. I sure do not want to be in the hospital on the 4th of July...especially THIS one. Pray for me that it will be after the 4th. I fixed a large tossed salad with onion, bacon bits, tomatoes, boiled eggs and Banana peppers for supper tonight.
