I am sure that I have posted about this before ……
So, I used to have this a lot for a brekkie, but the past couple of years not so much. Not really sure why as when I start having it again I realise….again …how delicious it is.
Anyway, I got some free yogurt on an app, bought some cheap oats and got a punnet of strawberries as part of a deal ….
So, I have layered oats, yogurt and chopped strawberries…..
It’s in the fridge now …..a - chilling …..
I won’t leave it overnight ….i think I shall have it for my tea…..I actually am just looking forward to it.
Is this the sort of thing you like for breakfast….or a snack ?
What fruits would you use ?

I used to love eating rolled oats with almond milk and a little sugar but then started having tummy problems every time I ate it. So I skip anything that has oats in it now. I ate some fresh red raspberries and some fresh strawberries for my breakfast this morning.

I haven't yet been able to get excited about oats. I know they are good for me, and environmentally friendly since they grow in this country so don't have to be transported far, and they're cheap... I just don't really like the texture. I like oatcakes, and I add oats to things like crumble, but I only eat porridge if I have to go out in the snow or something like that.
