... this morning power was restored ..thank God.. so I decided to treat myself.haha.. I brought out my old Michael Jackson CD and spent time watching his music videos... was nice.. really enjoyed it.
The nostalgia hit different! It took me straight back to my childhood...
I still remember being a small boy watching him win 8 Grammys in one night at the 1984 Grammy Awards... was stunned. That moment made Michael Jackson my favorite artist for life.
He's the only artist that if he was alive and had a concert in Nigeria, I would go. No other artist has that kind of effect on me...thats true
Anyway, Power only stayed for like two hours, but those two hours were worth it. I’m really looking forward to watching the Michael Jackson biopic. I’ve seen some snippets and the reviews have been very good...

I was a fan of Michael when he performed as a youngster. Sad to say I did believe the negative press about his friendship with children in his Neverland ranch before I found out that some people wanted him ruined since he had threatened to blow the whistle on the dark side of the entertainment industry Now that he is gone, I do miss him.

I heard a lot of the Jackson Five music when I was in second grade. We had a guy in class who sang exactly like him. I always liked “The Love You Save.”
