Too many AI platforms out there

Looks like we are being forced to use AI for everything. You want to write an email, an AI app will pop up to assist you write and the options seems to be growing everyday. Almost every website now has an AI attached , and I believe this can make one become lazy .

I’m using a health app with AI that has helped me lose weight and improve my lab results for monitoring my blood pressure, blood glucose, and more. It analyzes my lab and gives me advice and tips on how to manage them so they’re in the normal range for the next test. It also reminds me to take my medications, explains what they do to my body, and outlines their effects—something my doctors never really explained, as they just prescribe them. There’s some truth to the idea that AI can make people, especially students, a bit lazy when it comes to and using their brains to analyze and write.

My daughter makes AI tools for people to use on sites she works on or plays on. I'm glad myLot doesn't allow it here. You can shut the AI tools off on your laptop, tablet and phone if you want. You just go into the programming, find the name of the AI that is bothering you and turn it off. I've turned it off on my laptop, tablet and phone.
