It looked SCARY

Sometime after 7:pm on Saturday, a storm moved in. It was like a huge black "lid" over us.
The wind picked up, and I know we had some rain. It does not look like it this morning.
I felt like this was the worst wind I have seen here in over ten years, but the tornado sirens did not go off. It was a straight line wind coming out of the west.
Storms usually do not bother me, but I was about ready to seek shelter in the community. Bob was already dressed for bed though.
I only have one or two chairs blown over, and the trash can. One plant was blown down and out of it's pot. I just got the hanging basket I wanted to put it in so I will take care of that here in a bit.
Bob is sleeping and I took a nap too, after church and lunch. The storms can stay away for now, as far as I am concerned.

I have seen storms in America on the telly.
A lot worse than they are here.
I would be scared of storms if I was there

I hate thunderstorm expecially when we are between the ocean several blocks on one side and the river only a block away lightning stikes the water and you hear crashing booms, Always bother me,

Thunderstorms scare me due to the fear of blackouts.

Good to know that the storm didn't cause any problem. I'm always scared when we experience a huge storm here. .it's not a good experience

Just as I was reading this a big gust of wind blew in here. However, although it was drizzling a bit, it seems that this storm has passed us by. There may be one later though.
