She always likes to short change how old they are. I f they younger they live longer but she died. I tell her how old Brooklyn was, no she was 9 no box here says 11 and a hafl from vet How old is Kai? 13 and and half.
How old was Tristan about 11, no he was 9 
Don't shrink their lives, makes them bigger. Brooklyn was 19 and Tristan 18 and Kai is 23 now. 
Brooklyn still in our house, ashes anyway. Box right there, when she died and how old she is, do not worry she is 1. new born again. She is ready to conquer the world all over again.

That’s the way I think about Freckles…she’s young and rambunctious now, not the old fragile thing with kidney failure when she went to Rainbow Bridge back in 2003. People who’ve never been owned by a baby don’t know the paw prints left on your heart.
