Have you ever donated blood?

When was the last time you donated blood if you ever did? Blood donation is always requested for to save the lives of those who have lost blood as a result of accidents and other things. Do you date blood and how frequent do you do it?

Yes, but it was years ago. Right now, I cannot do that yet because I have hypertension. I need a doctor's clearance for that

No, I never have. I’m not opposed to it, but I’ve never done it.

I cannot recall when my last blood donation was. I do remember donating when my uncle was and in need, so I gave blood at the hospital. Donating a unit of blood causes the body to lose some blood, but can also promote better health by triggering the body’s regulation processes. This replenishment process produces fresh blood, allowing the body to naturally repair and renew itself.

I have not experience donating blood. I wanted to do it someday, but still currently I am underweight. I am on my healthy journey era and hopefully soon I will be able to donate blood as this is really a good cause.

I donated blood from the time I was 16 and old enough to donate blood until I was diagnosed with cancer when I was told I couldn't donate anymore. I tried to donate blood when a friend was in an accident a few years ago but some of the medications I have to take disqualified me from donating.
