Week 2 of Free Meals for Kids -6/16/26

Hey everyone, how are you doing?
Remember last week I shared that the community does a box with meals for the kids. Eli seemed to like the first one, for the most part. He ate pretty much all of the main meals. Just didn't drink all the milk yet, or eat all the fresh fruit. Oh yeah, a couple of the cups of fruit/applesauce.
Well this week I think they organized things a lot better. They had each meal separated in bags, and for breakfast or lunch. Rather than try to figure out what all goes together. It can all be confusing when it is all just there in the box. What do you think?

Oh no, in the past it was one lunch a day, and you could get it daily. Now it is this box of meals for 7 days...So, 14 meals plus milk and fresh fruit.
It is such a big help

@Ineeddentures the parents have to sign up to get a box....and I think there is a limit, but it is pretty high. I think the car that was in line behind me was getting boxes for 7 kids!! That's a lot of kids lol

It's a good thing this exists for people who have families who need it. Many people find the cost of living overwhelming. Especially when it comes to priortizing what you need or want.
