I Got A Refund.

Last night, a wrong cake was delivered by the food app. It was too late to complain last night so I filed my complain this morning. To be honest, I am not asking for refund. But I want them to know that a wrong item was sent to me instead of my order. I was not expecting anything at all since the help center chat told me they will get back to me. I was thinking maybe someone from the store will call me to investigate or at least ask what item was delivered to me. But as I checked my app, it was written there, they refunded me the price of item.

that's strange they didn't contact you but then again maybe they didn't have to.
