Hubby Received His Replacement Driver’s License Today

After hubby lost his wallet a few weeks ago we had to request a new driver’s license.
We thought it might take a while and be a hassle because Kentucky is notoriously slow and the drivers license bureau was closed for a few days to get new software.
We requested the replacement by mail. It came in today’s mail and more excitingly it was correct! We worried because it’s a Real ID.
He’s very grateful to have a license again

I'm glad to hear that.
In my country, getting a driver's license can be both easy and difficult. If you follow the official procedures, it can be longer and more difficult to get. But if you spend a little bit money, getting a driver's license can be very easy.
The most important thing when driving is being alert. Remind him to always be careful while driving.

I had to renew mine in January. Previously when I renewed, I went to the DMV and was given a new license that day. But Illinois doesn’t do that anymore, so I was given a temporary paper license and my new one arrived in about three weeks. With the wacky mail service, I honestly thought it would not ever be delivered, I was shocked when it did arrive.

I thought mine would take weeks to come back but it arrived here today a mere 10 days after sending it away with the new photo and address I should have changed 5 years ago lol
