It's Raining. It's Pouring.

The rain started at 5:30 in the afternoon. Big, heavy drops of rain. But before that, it was so very hot and extremely humid that we were like in the middle of summer heat, it's suffocating. No wind, no clouds, just sun and heat. Now the temperature slowly drops. I read a while ago in an online news here that tomorrow will be the end of extreme heat here.

It is 23C here this morning and starting to storm at 8:45 am... You could all come over and spend the day here. We have the air conditioner running and it's nice in the house. We could play cards or watch television or play online... Your choice. You know there is lots of foods and we went grocery shopping yesterday. I've been reading a new ebook and my phone ran out of juice so I'm charging it now. But I will get bored in a little while.

Yeah, I remember that feeling. I grew up in Indonesia where the weather was usually hot before the rain finally poured down. Glad that the weather tomorrow will be back to normal again at your place..

@rakski Not anymore! I left my home country about 8 years ago. The weather is actually quite like yours. I currently live in Lisbon.

I love it when it rains & cools the air after the oppressive humidity. It gives a little bit of relief & makes it more confortable for a while.
