Roast pork today ….ice cream for dessert….

Roast dinner day ….Sunday again …… Even though it was quite hot today we had a roast dinner. Went round Moms and had roast pork, roast potatoes. Cabbage, cauliflower, stuffing, gravy and apple sauce. For dessert we had ice cream. The Mister and I had chocolate and Mom had Salted Caramel. What have you had for your meals today ?

So long since I have had any pork. My meals consist of what I can throw together in this heat. Sometimes a handful of fries and a smoked sausage and then some ice cream.
