Order cancelled

Got a text just now about my Walmart order that never came. Sorry, we had to cancel your Walmart order due to a shipment issue. What shipment issue? It was delivery from store. Logged into my Walmart account and it says the temporary hold on the card was removed so I wasn’t charged. And I didn’t see any transaction from Walmart when I logged into my credit card account. Now my mom is left without the items I ordered for her. Wonder if I should try to reorder them from Walmart again or order them from elsewhere for a higher price. Walmart was cheapest.

What do they mean by shipment issue..if they are giving you a hassle , order from somewhere else. I wouldn't order the same item from them.

at times they just share some lame excuses, while the main reason could be something else, like out-of-stock etc

If I remember correctly when I was placing the order it said low stock for those items.

Main reason I ordered from them was because it was cheaper there.
