This is my breakfast menu this morning: rice, potato croquettes, a piece of fried chicken, an egg, and a bowl of vegetables. I believe that a sufficient breakfast in the morning will give me energy to support my activities today.
Do you think my breakfast is too heavy? Come on, don't be hesitate to comment. I won't be angry, lol.

Yeah, that was my family breakfast in Bali.
I don't think it is a heavy breakfast, though. But I think it will be better to substitute white rice with whole grains.
We in Lisbon eat rice twice a week, so on the other days we eat oatmeal, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, and a lot of beans and nuts.

@detoya LOL. I remember asking my friend—who had just finished a plate of traditional Balinese cake with shredded coconut and coconut sugar syrup—if he had eaten breakfast yet. He said, 'No, I haven't had breakfast yet."
He truly believed that breakfast has to be a plate of rice with side dishes!

No
Your breakfast looks perfect to me, not heavy at all
You have never seen a Scottish Breakfast
Or even a much inferior Full English Breakfast
You are correct in what you say
Sufficient breakfast fuels out bodies until lunch time
