Goring to be on the move again.

Today George mentioned he wanted to go to the gym, after a bit. The sun is out, it's tuesday and the Y will be open until eight. So we'll be going no doubt fairly sooner rather then later. I'm making myself something to eat, and George has his meds and shake. He's also watching t.v. too.
So today should prove to be interesting.
