As I looked out the window, I saw a light drizzle falling. The pleasant 29°C temperature made it perfect to relax indoors and enjoy the cool weather. However, I know that for many people outside, this kind of weather can be annoying since walking around in the wet can be a hassle.

Cool days are a rare treat in our tropical climate, which is why rainy days at home feel so special. The rain brings a refreshing change from the constant warmth, making it a welcome event when you can enjoy it indoors. However, it’s a different story when you’re outside—getting drenched or stuck in traffic due to flooded streets quickly turns it into an inconvenience.

We had heavy rain overnight. I have to drive to the doctor's shortly so I'm hoping it won't be quite so bad.

It's just so comforting to be home on a rainy day. I'm thankful that I no longer have to worry about commuting or picking up my kids at school. I'm home most of the time, and if I ever have to shop for stuff, I just walk to the nearest groceries and mall.
