There are times when you have to walk away

I never thought about this till now but there's times in our lives that you have to walk away from things & as I woke up this morn about a hr ago that came to my mind out of the blue, & now I know why. Back when I got sick & damn near died twice in the hosp in may of 2023, I have been wondering about things & the things that I have thought about was How someone like me has been given a 2nd chance. I know that God was there to put the right Dr's on me to bring me back & to get me back on my feet I thank him everyday for that, but he ALSO has done something else that I should have known too. He gave me a 2nd chance in life to change my way of thinking & the people I thought was a friend & to learn not to trust everyone I meet in my life from now on, & a lot of other things I am realizing. That he shows us things about why things happen for a reason, & I can tell you that there's a lot of things he has shown me since I got sick & that he has been there every step of the way for me. The reason I got sick & died twice & brought back was to show me things I wasn't thinking about & should have known better & walked away but being I didn't He changed my way of living. The person who I was building a pond for was nothing more than a drunk & sat down on his A?? & watched me work my tail off building him a pond not trying to offer any help what's so ever. I got it just about ready to put the last of the work on it (the rocks & set up the pump to the waterfall) fill it up to clean it all out after we got back from our trip to Fla, we never got to go do & BAM ! ! ! Within DAYS of us going on our trip I got sick & was in the hosp for 5 mons & that threw everything off course for me, my whole life was turned around & everyday I think about it & everyday I learn more. What am I getting at here ? that you may be asking the reason I got sick & was spared was to wake me up to see that all I was doing was being used to do what he would have never done if I hadn't of done it. After I got back on my feet a year later, I went to see what he has done (if he finished the pond) & I should have known he hadn't done a thing to it I asked why hadn't he finished it & his answer was ? "I've been waiting on you" I about fell out knowing he could have finished it & had it going but being the lazy person he is I should have known better & I bet it's still not done, that's why God took me away from it & told me to walk away & let it be. If You want to learn more about why things happen in your life the way it does & how God works in your life, I have a link that I keep on hand for just that & it can give you the answers to your questions. There's a box on there you can put a title in to what ever it is your wanting to find & it will go to a list of scriptures that has what your looking for, it's very easy to learn if your willing to try. Thank You for hanging out with me & sharing your thoughts, till next time, share the link with someone you know that may need it.

No, he WAS a friend that I tried to help with he's mind issues but he didn't want to help his own self.

Some people are just not worth being your friend. If you ever detect them, just walk away. It's better to pour your energy into someone who really cares about you
