My head was killing me and my nose was stuffed. My head and nose still hurt, but it's better today then it was yesterday. But, then I'd just come out of the tub. Yep. Had my weekly bath and I couldn't be happier. I'll take something for the headache in a bit, but I'm okay for the most part.
George is watching ICarely on Netflix.

Is it from allergies? I get itchy eyes and sometimes congestion and headaches.

No, I think it's a mild cold. I had a sore throat the first day.

@AliCanary I should be fine. I've never had hey feaver. I doubt I'd magically get it after 42 years breathing the same air.

@kaylachan that's usually my first symptom of a cold, too. Sometimes I get it from allergies, though. Hope you are feeling better soon!

I hope you are feeling better. I know how the head and nose can get with allergies. Is that your issue or something else? I get sinus headaches when it's real hot that are killers. I use my rose quartz, and it really helps.

I still have the stuffy nose, but I don't have the headache. But it's loose so I can get it out. The headache comes when I can't.

@kaylachan Why not take a sip of orange juice or inhale a vapor of hot water with Vicks vapor rub.

The pressure from the heat makes my head ache a bit and usually I do not get headaches.
