We just lost someone in our local church where i worship. She was pregnant and passed on after giving birth. While i have had my share of loosing a loved one in the past which i pray i don't experience again, this incident brought back some memories and got me thinking. This made me understand that life is about making impact, we really don't have to wait to do something grand before we can make impact, or have thousands of followers before we make impact, the little things matters. A little act of kindness, showing concern for the next person, these little things most people might not even notice matters a lot. We had to make some arrangements on who to take care of the baby for now cause the husband won't be able to handle a new born baby and three other kids, and the lady's family at the moment don't want to have anything to do with the child and the husband.

that's really tragic. Something similar happened here some years ago. I was shocked. I can only hope that the baby gets the care he deserves

Yes, when things like this happens, it often feel unreal like s dream. I pray the family don't end up hating the baby cause it's not her fault.

That's extremely sad. And the family not wanting to help makes it worse

Exactly, in everything the baby is innocent. I want to assume they are just grieving and will come around overtime.

I am so sorry to hear this. I am glad to know she was a believer, but I can’t imagine the pain her husband and children must feel right now. I pray someone loving will take the baby.

Yes at moment, the baby is with the women leader in church, and i think she is the best option amongst everyone in church.she and her husband are decent and Godly. They wanted to send the child to an orphanage cause the husband can't handle it at this tender age, and the late wife's family refused to take care of the child. But the woman leader volunteered.

That is very, very sad. Luckily deaths from giving birth aren't as common as they once were but it's still devastating. My condolences to all concerned.

Very true, it's no longer common. This case was mostly due to sluggishness.
