I live on the top of a hill and there very usually NO breeze up here. This afternoon there was a little bit of breeze. Usually we have to walk down to the bottom of the hill to get the breeze.
If it were up to me I would live closer by the water so I could feel the breeze and smell the water.
How relaxing!
Do you live near the water?

@dfollin Land and sea breezes are local coastal winds driven by the temperature differences between land and water. A sea breeze blows from the ocean to the land during the day. A land breeze blows from the land to the ocean at night. Both result from a basic cycle of heating, rising warm air, and moving cooler air.
You get it?

The beach and Atlanti Ocean is four blocks away and the Halifax River one block, I have not left my apartment in over a year so I have not gone to either, We have tropical heat and high humidity so I would not even want to go outside,

@dfollin The housing authority forced my relatives to move after Hurricane Laura came through a few years ago and damaged the property. I did enjoy the view of the river.
