Mother Nature is Cleaning up After Us

Today is Canada Day, and there are lots of festivities to be had across the country in the many communities to celebrate our country's birthday. With people congregating in an area where there is food and drinks, there is bound to be some trash.
Most Canadians are pretty good at using the garbage cans, we like our country clean.
But the grass will be trampled upon, and that takes time for it to spring back.
But....good ole Mother Nature just blew through with a quick but strong storm. The storm had very strong winds, and downpours of rain, as well as thunder and lightening. The thunder and lightening won't help with the clean up, but her rain and the wind, which would have cleared out many areas as the storm rolled thru would have emptied parks and community centers.
So thanks for helping us Mother Nature. You gave us alot of bad weather, but today this is a big help. Nobody would be too anxious to be raking and trimming the grass and picking up any garbage, of course, somebody will have to gather all of the garbage that got picked up and tossed around in the wind, but that won't be me.

Thank you.
We watched Bryan Adams perform his new song 51st State from our country's capital in Ottawa.
It was done very tastefully with alot of emotion. They had alot of Canadian talent performing, which was nice because at noon, it was quite hot and muggy, and it was safer to stay in for us than not because of the heat.

Thank goodness that rain came to your area to cool off the extreme heat outside.

Well thank you, but places with crowds and foods always command a clean up afterwards.
But say, our weather really did improve with the storm.
It dropped 7 degrees Celsius in about half an hour, and the air is actually dry now. I was bothered with breathing outside prior to the storm blowing in.
I only hope that the reprieve isn't just overnight.
