Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 78 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 102 and there is an extreme heat advisory. My stomach was upset all night so let's just say I didn't get much sleep. Oh well. I'm drinking a zero sugar ginger ale and so far it is staying down so hopefully I'm through it. No big plans for the day. I don't even know if I'm going to head over to the pool with the extreme heat. I may just hang out here in the air conditioning. I'll see if anyone else plans to go. What's everyone else up to today?

Are your ulcers healed yet? I remember having ulcers, but I don’t remember how long it took for them to heal after being given medication for them. I think yours were probably also worse and more numerous than mine. Keep staying cool, girl. Go, Melissa!

They aren't healed yet. (don't ask me how I know) I also have not been great at taking all 4 doses of Carafate each day.

Hopefully you do feel better and maybe are even able to rest later. It's supposed to another humid day here too. I'm thankful to be working from home today, and don't have to go too far.

Im glad the stomach upset has subsided. Staying indoor during extreme heat is a wise decision..I'd do the same thing
