I had my usual steak and zucchini this morning. It was good. I got tired of eggs a few months ago and have been eating other stuff for breakfast. I even found some Muesli at Safeway the other day. I had been craving that for years. How is your Friday shaping up? Happy 4th!

I had 2 protein waffles, a Greek yogurt and coffee

Glad you found your Muesli and enjoyed it. Friday is okay here just too hot to do anything
