Getting to Know Myself

Everyone is unique and responds to life’s ups and downs in their own way. Just like a musical instrument can go out of tune if it isn’t taken care of, we can sometimes lose touch with ourselves when things get stressful. It’s important to notice how we’re feeling and what’s affecting our mood and energy. Feeling down, anxious, or stressed isn’t a permanent state. It’s a reaction to what we’ve experienced, not a definition of who we are or what our future will look like.

I think that's a very good point - that stress isn't a condition, it's a reaction. Hopefully to something we can change!
