I have found some shortbread ….

I do love a good shortbread. Buttery biscuit delight. Now, they make it using clotted cream too …. I had a box from a few weeks ago that I had forgotten about …but …I have just found it in the cupboard…. Just perfect for a late night snack …. Do you like biscuits / cookies ? What’s your favourite ? Dare I ask …..are you a dunker ?

I love Oreo cookies as well as chocolate chip cookies. There is also a shortbread cookie that is available around Christmas that I really like. they're about the size of your first finger and thumb made in a circle with some red jam cooked on top in the middle... YUM! Screenshot is mine. Shortbread cookies.

Cookies these days make me feel a little sick because of the sugar. I can break off a small piece and enjoy it though. If it is an Oreo you you have to dunk it in milk, but I haven’t really dunked a cookie since I was a little girl. Yum!

I get Pepperidge Farm' Chessmen. Rectangular shaped shortbread cookies. There is also an Irish brand of shortbread I get sometimes but it is more expensive. I like good biscuits and certain cookies. I'm picky.
