Got sick after huge rain

It's not even the current typhoon arriving and I got sick over a huge rain the other night. Maybe I'll just keep my raincoat outside and not inside my room. As for me it seems it's no longer safe to play or even bathe in the rain. Maybe because i didn't bathe right after dealing with the rain. I was actually trying to prevent the back yard from having a clog drain.

That is correct; getting wet in the rain these days is risky because you will almost certainly become ill. There appear to be numerous viruses out there waiting for their next victim, and you were simply unfortunate to contract them when you allowed yourself to go outside in the rain.

@Letranknight2015 Rains appear to be different today than they were decades ago. We could even play in the rains when they came, but now it seems different than before.

I remember back in the pandemic, I was going home on a bike when the huge rain came and I was all wet. I got seriously fell ill the next day even though I took a shower that day.

Does the rain always make you sick? It was raining here up until a minute ago. I hope I don't get sick, too. But then, I didn't get wet. Hope you feel better soon.

Was there like sewerage around or in the drain you were trying to keep clear.
That stuff can make people very ill

Yeah I was trying to prevent it from clogging @Ineeddentures I told them to make a septic tank under it but they won't do it. I got sick because I didn't have a rain coat in.
