48 days until the ber months. We are halfway through July already. Not too much to say today. I am concerned about friend though who really needs to see a specialist for his gastric issues. I think I am going to call today and see if I can arrange an appointment with the specialist at his medical practice. Son will transport him, because I don't think he would drive himself. He told son that the time he had to have surgery because his colon was twisted..he wouldn't have had it done, if I hadn't insisted he go to the ER. Why do people burden others with their health issues they refuse to take care of?

Unfortunately since you don't drive you can't just get him in a car, saying you are going somewhere else and wind up at the doctors.

@snowy22315 - Yes, I have friends who would help and also my neighbor, but we know we cannot oblige him to accept to be checked by his doctor.

@LadyDuck If the friend drove there though and you and the friend both say you want him seen he may do it. Maybe buy him some ice cream first and get him in a good mood.
Or if he is a danger to himself that is a psychiatric condition and would mandate treatment. It is up to you as to how far you want to go with it.
