Nope, I’m not talking about a recipe from Poland; I am talking about a chicken that looks just like a rock star with their amazing puff of feathers covering their heads. These birds have a mixture of brown, white, and black feathers. Can’t you picture one strumming on a guitar? These are a European breed of crested chickens, and they sure make me chuckle. I’d like one; it seems so fancy. Would you like one too?
