She Filed for Bankruptcy 5 Times in 10 Years

I’m watching an episode of a court TV show and the plaintiff is just flat out lying about someone owing her money The judges did a background check on her and she had filed for bankruptcy 5 times in ten years. She was using the system. I don’t know how much money was involved in each bankruptcy but the first one was $77,000 She’s a horrible person. She “makes her living” by buying things and maxing out her credit cards and getting new loans with every intent of never paying for anything This shouldn’t be legal to do this multiple times

I'm out of place. I have no idea what tv movie series you're watching. Anyway enjoy it.

@looeyville You would expect her name to be flagged when she applies for loans but she’s obviously found a way round it. And now the tax payer has to pay up to keep her in jail if that’s where she goes.

I didn’t think that WAS legal. I know you can’t do that in Oklahoma.

She needs a spell in gaol or a big fine.
