The Allrounder Papa that I am

Perhaps I won't be able to describe what my life in this foster care home is like. Sometimes , I do give some glimpses in my mylot discussions. No one has awarded me this unusual title but I think this suits me quite fine. I am a "foster parent" in this home for orphans. That label is fixed on the door frame of my room. But in the office register I am recorded as tutor. I help the children with their lessons, homework, projects and do everything needful to get the children of my family ready for the school. I wake them up in time so that they don't get late for school. I lead them through a short work out. What may be I called for doing this part of health care. I also lead a short morning prayer at the end of the workout. Next, I iron the children's uniform and see that they get tidily dressed before they leave for the school. I have to be ready with needle and thread to stitch a button on their shirt or a hook on their trouser. I must repair a tear anyday during the week. I assume the role of a tailor when I am called to perform this part. I have a medicine chest for emergency needs. I am a homeopathic physician and keep medicines for paediatric and teenage ills. Many people outside the foster care home know me as "doctor". After the kids return from their playfield in the evening, I serve them milk and bread or biscuits. Next, I sit with them to help them with their lessons. My day ends after the children go to bed. The Allrounder Papa thanks God that everything has gone well during the day.
