At this point I might be manic. Seriously, I’ve been up for 22 of the last 24 hours, I’ve been on two bike rides for a total of around 33 miles, and I’ve spent all day downloading, editing, and uploading photos for a project I’m doing on our Project Hero Facebook group page. While I wait for those (they’re video photo montages) to upload, I’m trying to unwind by watching some You Tube (unwinding being the entire point of this paragraph.) In this case, I’m watching a video of a concert I’ve attended (of course I am:) on 10/09/2023 I went to the Summit Music Hall in Denver to see Boris. (They tour a lot. They draw good crowds in Denver, so they come here a lot. So I go see them a lot.) This was a tour with the Melvins (Boris took their name from the Melvins song, “Boris,”) so it was extra special. Melvins performed their Bullhead album, Boris performed their 2002 Heavy Rocks album (they have released 3 Heavy Rocks albums (2011, 2022) over the years, all with different new songs.) The coolest part of the show (and there were many cool parts) was probably that both bands closed their sets out with their own versions of “Boris.” That was fun. Link is to Boris performing “Death Valley” (7th song in the set) at the show. I’m not in this. This is pretty much my vantage point except I’m on the other side of the stage in front of Wata (lead guitar.) Unless you speak Japanese, you won’t understand a word Takeshi is singing:

Hey, I’ve had days like that. You Tube algorithm recommends a video, and the next thing I know it’s 4:30 AM and I’m watching videos about Tom Tobin.

For some reason I've been enjoying "reaction" videos lately. I swore I'd never watch them. Some are pretty good, though.

@FourWalls - I don't know. I watched a guy call a My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult song that I like "pure garbage."

I love country songs and love songs. For rock songs, I love the sound of alternative rock and bon jovi!

"Alternative" is a pretty big umbrella, but it's also probably what I listen to most overall.

I'm sorry you don't sleep better than you do but maybe you're used to it.

I'm used to it. I sometimes even like it. But I would love to fall into a normal sleep pattern every so often.
