Please help ....ideas for a gift for our lovely neighbours. / myLot

Good morning my lovely MyLotters ... Your help is required please. Our lovely neighbours at home have been watering our gardens....front and back, which this year includes my veggies .... It's the first time we have asked them to do the watering and they are so lovely they are always ready to help ( remember those box caterpillars ! ). So, obviously we want to get them a gift to say thank you But, what should we get ..... Any suggestions will be gratefully received..... The couple are male and female ( one of each ....you have to be so careful what you say these days ) In their mid 60's He is diabetic No pets They don't really drink We have racked out brains but can't think of anything ....

Have you thought about making your own basket of diabetic friendly snacks? You can even include some of your zucchini’s in the basket. They don’t even have to be snacks, but whole ingredients specifically good for diabetics. Maybe seasonings good for that. It would be easy to look up which are beneficial.

Good idea ....that's good for John but I need something for Jenny....I was hoping to get something for them.both....not too time consuming.

@Traceyjayne There needs to be an Best Neighbor plaque…for capturing box worms.
