Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 83 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. We are expecting a storm, I can hear thunder, and there is a tornado watch. I have the windows open and a table top fan on because I'm still in shock about the electric bill for the past month. Ugh.
Today was a quiet day. I was up early and then went back to bed for awhile. Then I was up and *shocker* went back to bed. I can't say that I've accomplished much but hey it is summer break and I don't need to. I love summer break. 
I need to finish the bread and butter pickles that I started this morning. I'm normally more of a dill and garlic pickle girl but every now and then I like to switch it up. I also need to make something for dinner since I haven't eaten anything today.
No plans for the night. I'll just be chilling here with the cat crew. I'll probably be in bed early. I don't know why I'm sleeping so much lately but apparently I need it. Whatevs. At least I have the time off to do it.
