Living in the tropics I am used to heat. These are a few simple ways to be cooler. Damp Clothes Wear damp clothes. They will keep you cool. They will dry as you walk outside. Wet Kerchief Wet a kerchief or handkerchief and put it on the back of your neck. It will keep you cooler and you can keep wetting it. Eat Cold Food Have a number of meals and snacks you don't have to heat up or cook. These are a few suggestions of what we do when 90o is not unusual.

If it gets real hot I will keep a wash rag wet and wash my face and arms with it. That will help keep me cool for a while. I couldn't live in the tropics. The heat would make me sick.

Damp Clothes? Oh Asian moms will surely scold theirkids when they saw them wearing damp clothes, why? because they will only get themselves sickness. Lol! But seriously, it is not good to wear damp clothes, better to always have newspaper at your back that can absorb your sweat.

All very good tips and thankfully I will never really have to do the first two here in Scotland Eat cold food is something we do in Scotland in the summer quite a lot Saves gas by not cooking so much so lower gas bill

from I was a child I learned how to deal with it. I prefer heat to cold... cause I was in the US in winter. It was colder than my freezer
