The Smoke

I woke up about 7a. this morning. It was in the low 70s during the night so I had the window open. By 9a. I could smell the smoke. We have fires in the foothills and higher pines annually. I could feel it in my lungs and the beginning of a headache. I closed the window and drew the blinds. I have to be careful because I am sensitive to bronchitis. I will do some breathing exercises.
Is the smoke effecting you?

THankfully, no. We're so lucky it's not near us.

Yes, you are. And you'd think I'd get used to it since it happens every year. But I don't.

@celticeagle We have wild fires pop up down here from time to time, but I've narrowly missed the worst of them.

I'm sure trying to be. I don't want to get sick.

That's good. It's terrible feeling shut in and not able to get any fresh air.
