The Cruise

So we had a moment of confusion a couple of months ago when the Canadian cruise we were set to go on in October suddenly announced it would no longer be stopping at Prince Edward Island. My sister only wanted to do that cruise because she loved Anne of Green Gables, and always wanted to see Prince Edward Island. When she was in school she even dyed her hair red and got green contacts. Anyway, I wrote about how she decided she no longer wanted to go on that cruise, and instead she thought we should go in a cruise to Jamaica, and some of the other islands (even though she’d been to all of those islands). I had no desire to go to Jamaica or any other hot place. But when you’re just one person in the midst of couples you shut your mouth and try to be agreeable. Thankfully, a few days later my sister discovered an error they must have made, and Prince Edward Island was still on the itinerary. So thank goodness we’re back to visiting Canada in October. That will be so much easier for me. Amyra will be my roomie, and we’ll have a great time.
