Bike Leans - The Clash/Elvis Costello

I had a productive day, cycling-wise. This morning, I did an errands ride for just over 6 miles. This afternoon, I rode just over 31 miles with Project Hero, the military veterans/first responders cycling group I ride with. What does this have to do with taking photos of my bike leaning on stuff? Especially since I didn’t take this photo today? (I wasn’t even riding the bike in the photo today. That’s my mountain bike, Agent Orange. I was on my gravel bike, Agent Gravel.) Well, we rode past the spot where this photo was taken, that’s what.
We were riding on the Highline Canal, a 71-mile trail that runs north-south through the Denver Metro Area. A large portion of that trail runs through a swanky neighborhood called Cherry Hills Village (people like John Elway and Peyton Manning live there. Gary Coleman used to live there. Gated communities abound.) The trail also runs through the suburb of Littleton, where there is a house on the trail. Whoever lives in said house is obviously an artist - there are several canvas paintings like this on the back fence.
I took this about four or five years ago, The Clash and Elvis Costello.
Today, I saw a couple new paintings I need photos of. I also noticed that Elvis Costello is gone, replaced with a Denver Nuggets banner painting. So I don’t know if they sell these, or if there’s a rotation. Elvis was there last time I rode through, just a couple months ago. Now, he isn’t.
I couldn’t find anything interesting on this particular section of the Highline that wasn’t over an hour long, so the link is to the latest Project Hero video I made. No footage of this trail, sadly:

I think he still lives here, at least some of the time. Lots of athletes that come to Denver love the city.

Oh, this was one of the best rides of the year, honestly.
