What's for dinner tonight? / myLot

Last night I was in the mood for a light and simple dinner. I boiled up some angel hair pasta, drained it thoroughly, added some olive oil and grated Parmesan cheee, and called it good. It was delicious and filled me up perfectly. I am not sure what I'm having tonight. Could be something frozen. Could be some Tom Kha Gai. I had sushi only a few days ago, so no Japanese. . Do you know what you're having (or just had) for dinner tonight?

I like angel hair pasta because it's really delicate and cooks up quickly. If I'm super hungry, and in the mood for pasta, I can get a Stouffer's Meat Lover's Lasagna.

I’m having my mid-afternoon “fake sorbet” (frozen fruit slightly thawed and whipped up in the blender with just enough apple juice or grape juice to make it mushy), so I haven’t even thought about dinner yet.

In this heat my main meal was a 4 eggs omelet with sliced pepperoni and shredded cheddar and poured into a baking pan and baked in the toaster oven it was very good,
