I've calmed down for the most part

I was crying off and on for the past few hours. I was really looking forward to getting back to the apartment. It is in my dreams. I'll feel something against my leg while I'm in bed and I think it is Adso. (its a crumpled up blanket)
Still the PHP program isn't bad. You start the day off with breakfast and then a holistic activity like acupuncture or meditation. Then you have a 3 hour clinical session. I'm not going to lie--3 hours is LONG. After that we have lunch. After lunch there are 2 hours of holistic activities like tai chi, meditation, aromatherapy, aerial yoga, music therapy, poetry, reiki, etc. Then we wind up having to wait around for 30 minutes before we are dismissed. They give us a snack while we are waiting. After that we go back to the house and can do what we want. You also can pay extra for a chiropractor session (covered by insurance) or a massage (pay out of pocket).
They have a bunch of hammocks under a group of trees. I like to spend the free time in those. I love hammocks. Now that it is warm they have the ropes course open and they also do "Adventure Wednesdays" when they actually come over behind here and kayak and paddleboard. The food is good. We can order anything we want from the grocery store though we always wind up with the organic version. (first world problem)
After feeling like I was in jail at the Residence (phase 2) the PHP program felt great. I'm sure it will again. That doesn't stop me from wishing I was going back to the apartment instead though. My cats must be losing their minds with me gone again.

I am glad that you purged those tears, but not the hope of returning home again.
I am certain that those kitties miss you as much as you miss them, but they want you healthy.
I took the majority of the tune of what you wrote as meaning that you are on a positive note, looking forward to the easier way you will have the next couple of weeks, and the outdoor activities. You're making the most of this.

Wishing you all the best, and I hope this will help you. How long will you be staying there?

It could definitely be worse. If I were at a facility covered by my insurance it would have none of that. I shudder to think of what it would be like.
Not that it won’t be really tough to be away from your home and the cat crew again. I would have have been crying too.
