Can you see how dark the sky is?

It's 4 minutes before 1pm here of August 3rd and I just finished my lunch.
Sitting at my desk, responding to mylot notification, I looked at the window and saw the dark sky. The leaves of the tree were swaying, warning me that a rain is coming.
Just this morning I did a discussion of how the sun was playing hide and seek. But now, it is completely gone and I took a photo to show all of you how it is here.

It does look like it is about to rain in that picture. Right now, it’s 1am here, but it’s still hot. Tomorrow will be scorching, but rain should hit at the end of the week. We really need it too; I just l always tense up because this time of year, rain means a high likelihood of tornadoes.

Oh no, not tornadoes!
It's the rainy season here and we do get rain almost everyday. But surprisingly, the rain didn't come as expected.

There’s a storm forming in the south of Luzon, so we can expect this kind of weather until next week. It won’t make landfall, but it will draw rainclouds from the sea, which is why the skies will stay gloomy for most of the week as the typhoon passes and moves out of our area.

The rain didn't come as expected today. In fact, the sun came out and it was very hot around 3pm.

We get that during our summer season. But now the summer season is over and we are having the rainy season.
