Yvonne has said I cannot go back to bed

Time for breakfast
I think I will have a jammdougnit or a custard slice

The rain wouldn't normally stop me
It rains in Scotland all the.time
And i do go out every day on the bike usually with Yvonne
I don't take anything for granted
And I think over the last 150k miles in the last 15 years that i have done something right, all weathers lol
