Question on the Sider Family Situation

On June 30, 2026, four Sider family members were arrested with 16 counts each of child endangerment. In the news it is known as the "Ohio Horror House" and they are saying that all members are evil and other descriptive phrases. Fully understandable but then I see the faces and the preliminary medical on the four and it causes me to wonder. It causes me to have questions about two of the four.
The first is Gary Sr. He is in his 70s and may have had a stroke recently. To look at the pictures of him he does not look like someone who is fully cognitive and alert to what is going on much less able to be responsible in the mistreatment of the 16 children in question. My question is whether he should be charged with 16 counts of endangerment.
Then there is the question of Elizabeth. She is the younger female and looks paranoid and scared. In pictures of her at the jail she is hunched over and continually looking around as if she is unsure what is even going on. Drug use? No. I just wonder if she was being cohersed and manipulated by someone else in all of this.
It has been several weeks since the arrests were made. Their lawyers have asked the court for psychological evaluations in several of the four. In Gary's case it will not be able to be seen by the public. But I wonder what will be found out about Elizabeth and Gary Sr.

@celticeagle Well, I was referring to the man who was the grandfather. He really looked out of it.
