Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 80 degrees F, cloudy, and humid here in southern NJ. They say that we are expecting thunderstorms but they always say that and they rarely materialize. Today was my 1st day back in the full swing of things here. I was very sleepy during the clinical session. I don't know why. I alternated between sitting up on the couch and laying down. I didn't close my eyes though because that would have been the end of me. The holistics were drum circle and singing bowls. I met with my counselor during the drum circle time so I missed that but I did catch the singing bowls which are my favorite. I'm back at the women's house now. I'm catching up on everything since I haven't had access to my phone or laptop since last night. My ex is coming down here tonight after work to drop off some items that I need. I wasn't planning on staying longer than a week so he is bringing me more toiletries, my speaker, my Apple Watch, another sweatshirt, etc. Obviously no big plans for the night. I will make dinner and just hang out here in the room with my roommate. We are the "old" ones here. I want to do some laundry too. What's everyone else up to tonight?
