Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 82 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. For once they aren't predicting storms! I wanted to lay out in the sun this afternoon but it is hot and humid and there isn't a pool to float around in. Sooooo I'm staying inside in the AC. The day spa is taking patients to the beach tomorrow afternoon. I didn't sign up for it because I don't have a beach towel or sunscreen. I saw my counselor at the end of today and she asked if I was going. I told her I didn't have what I needed and she offered to bring them in for me as long as there was still room. So maybe I'll hit the beach tomorrow. Today was fine over at the day spa. We did DBT training which I like. We did meditation. I did 2 sessions of breathwork because I just can't handle the poetry sessions. I'm feeling pretty relaxed. No big plans for the evening. A bunch of the girls are going to an outside AA meeting so it should be pretty quiet here. Fine with me! I'll try to get to bed early since I didn't get enough sleep last night. What's everyone else up to this afternoon/evening?
