What a Lazy Person

I called my eye doctors office today to get assistance using their online patient portal. I had received an email this morning with a link to it but it wasn’t letting me sign on
The person on the phone said she didn’t know anything about that. I asked her if there was a number for an IT person thatI could talk to. She said she didn’t know who that would be. She said she’s never seen the patient portal and doesn’t know anybody who uses it
She didn’t offer to ask someone or offer help
She was useless

So what's her use there at all? She gets the salary for doing nothing. What a waste!

But maybe she had never seen the patient portal.
That is probably true
She should have got the manager of the doctors office to speak to you
If so had been on your shoes I would have asked to speak to the .anger the .knife she said she didn't know the IT thing
Useless.

Oh my word, that sounds exactly like a young lady (at least she sounded young) I talked to a couple years ago about paying a hospital bill. She had no clue how to answer my questions, and didn’t know who to ask about what I wanted to know. She was so useless.
