I have been trying to figure out what is making this noise

I generally have the windows open in my bedroom, and I like it because in the morning I hear the birds. However, lately every morning I have been hearing this kind of chuff, chuff noise, along with the bird calls. It is repeated and at the same volume everyday, so I am pretty sure it is a bird..but I have listened to a lot of bird calls online and I can't find one that sounds like that. My guess would have been a pheasant or turkey, but they don't make that kind of noise apparently. I thought well, maybe it could be a raccoon. However, they aren't usually up making noise past Dawn, and haven't heard that kind of sound from them anyway..not that I hear them that much. I even checked fox calls. I have listened to 50 bird calls online, and a few animal calls. I wonder what it is..it sounds like a deep chuff is the best way I can describe it. I listened to six turkey calls, but they don't make that noise apparently. Any ideas?

This has been going on for 4 or 5 days now, and I am clueless as to what form of wildlife is making the noise

@luisadannointed No, I don't know where it is..nearby in the woods, or maybe the neighbors pond. I wonder if it is a possible frog? That is an avenue I haven't considered/

@snowy22315 No, that you listened to so many calls and you didn’t find anything.

@AmbiePam I am wondering if it is something like a wood duck or something..or a mallard. I think ducks might make noises more than quacking. However, I am no expert.

That's weird. Perhaps you could record the sound and try to post it where others could hear and might recognize it.

Yes, at this point I am leaning toward bullfrog. The sound is similar.

I cannot even imagine but I always double-check on the Internet, Now unless a tiger ran away from a zoo I doubt this applies to you but this is what I got on the net with your chuff chuff
Tigers use chuffing as a friendly greeting, while lions may direct it towards other lions or familiar species.

Sorry
Can't be of any help with this
It's a little you couldn't record the noise
Upload it to YouTube in a video
And then kink to it here
If we could hear it, we might be able to help

That's an idea..If I could get it recorded. Not sure if it is loud enough. I could try.

I am going to try to record it tomorrow. With my luck, it won't be happening.
