The good news or the bad news?
I just learned from people around me that a tricycle driver won Php40,000 from a Small Town Lottery yesterday. It may not be much, but coming from a low income person, it's a huge help already.
Then there's the bad news. An elderly, selling shell fish lost her Php56,000! She worked hard to earn those by selling shell fish every single day and someone just took it just like that without any conscience at all.

I wish so too. I asked the other vendors what happened actually. They said she forgot to placed her wallet inside her bag. Somebody must have picked it up. For sure it was somebody who knew there was a big amount of money inside. For all we know, it could be her fellow vendors.

For sure! They just wanna make things easy by stealing other people's hard earned money. Horrible!
