My mixed fried rice

Made it during lunch today. Mom is suppose to cook the fried rice but her sister ,my aunt arrived and went grocery shopping with my aunt's husband. Can you see the ingredients? Its colorful right? Hahaha .. The ingredients include mixed vegetables, corn, carrots and peas. I added shredded chicken our left over the other day and scrambled eggs. We really ran out of menu or dish to cook but its okay we looked up some recipes online. There's a storm here now and its cold because its raining non stop. Fellow Lotters, how do you prepare and cook your fried rice? Or are you eating rice too?
